/what is my BELIEF

Business is not between companies or teams; it’s between people.

/From Early Beginnings to IT Leadership

My Career Journey

It was during my third year at Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University that I was fortunate enough to join a small, dedicated team tasked with developing a real-time disaster diagnostic system from scratch. The project relied on acoustic-emission measurements, a cutting-edge and complex technology, with the goal of creating a tool capable of detecting and diagnosing potential structural failures in real time.

For me, this was more than just an academic exercise or internship—it was my first real taste of what software engineering could achieve in the real world, and it ended up shaping my whole career in IT. That project played a pivotal role in influencing how I approach technology and engineering. It sparked a passion for the beauty of software engineering that continues to drive me today.

Since 2000, I have been building my career by successfully delivering projects for companies across the US and Europe. Along the way, I’ve also gained valuable experience through trial and error in pursuing various approaches to building startups.

My core management principles are simple but effective:
   1. Trust is paramount – your word must be your bond.
   2. Delegate authority but always retain responsibility.
   3. Recognize that each individual is unique – don’t try to change them; instead, empower their strengths.
   4. Business is not between companies or teams; it’s between people.

In 2017, I moved to the United States with my family. Since then, I’ve taken responsibility for Orion Innovation’s representation on the West Coast, overseeing service delivery for several clients and increasing Orion’s presence in Silicon Valley. My role spans multiple areas, including project and engineering management, business development, partnership building, and driving marketing activities.

/My Strongest Support System

My family

My family is my strongest source of support, backing me in both my personal and professional endeavors. They play a key role in motivating me to push forward, helping me strive for continuous improvement and new accomplishments.
